  • Where can I find technical information about the product?
    The pages relating to our products contain most of the technical information. At the bottom of each product page there are tables with specified physical and technical characteristics and size guide. If you are interested in other features you can contact us and we will give you our maximum support.
  • Where can I find information on sizes?
    All information relating to our sizes and how to find the perfect fit for you are available at the bottom of the product page, by clicking "Size Guide".
  • Where can I find information and advice on using the product?
    Each product sold on POLAIR is conceived and designed specifically for specific activities and uses: you can find this information directly at the bottom of the product page by clicking on the description of the technical characteristics.
  • Where can I find information on the care and cleaning of the product?
    You can find information on the care and cleaning of the product directly at the bottom of the product page by clicking on "Technical Characteristics".
  • How can I find out when the product will be back in stock?
    If a product is not available on the site, you can ask us when it will be available again by filling out the information request in the "Contacts" section in the menu at the top of the page.
  • Can I change the delivery address of my order?
    Once the order has been taken over, we cannot change the delivery address. We may only do this after the courier contacts us for an unfinished delivery.
  • If I have problems with my account, who can I contact?
    If you have any problems with your account, write us through our form on the “Contact Us” page.
  • Can I cancel the order?
    Product orders can be canceled before the goods are shipped using the right of withdrawal. To use the right of withdrawal contact us by email
  • How can I check the details of my order?
    You can check the order details in your account and in the confirmation email. If you need more information, please contact us on the “Contact Us” page.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay for your products by debit card, credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
  • Is it possible to have an invoice for the goods purchased?
    To get an invoice, contact us as soon as you have placed your order indicating your company details
  • Is the receipt sent with the goods?
    The payment receipt is sent by email after the goods have been shipped.
  • What conditions are there for returns?
    Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received: intact and unused, with original labels and packaging. Our policy does NOT provide for the return on products on sale. For more information, see the "Returns" section.
  • If I have other doubts or questions about the return who can I contact?
    If you have not found the information you need, send us your question using the form on the "Contact us" page, we will be happy to help you.
  • What cases does the guarantee cover?
    The products sold on POLAIR are covered by a warranty for a period of two years from the date of purchase, for defects relating to materials, workmanship and product quality. If the item is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, you can submit a warranty return request. To make the warranty valid, the return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or valid proof of purchase.
  • What can I do if there is a product quality problem?
    If your product purchased on POLAIR is of a different quality from what is described on the product page (for example the product received is of a different material than that indicated), or it is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect or processing, POLAIR may decide, if appropriate, to repair free of charge products with manufacturing defects or to replace the item if still available, or to refund it if no longer available.
