The product is shipped with Standard Shipping (3-5 days) via SDA courier. The product is shipped only after the acceptance of the payment and the sending of the relative receipt.

In case the shipment delays for reasons related to the delivery carrier and otherwise the sender company is not expected to notify us.

In the event that the shipment is delayed for reasons of order preparation or related to the sender company, a communication with additional information is envisaged.
Return Policy
If your purchase does not satisfy you or you want to make a change, you can contact us by e-mail at commerciale@polair.it you can take advantage of the special CONTACT US section specifying:
Name and surname
A telephone number
The identification number of the order
The reasons for the return or exchange
If you wish to exchange the product or be refunded
You will be given the address to which to send the goods: the shipping costs of the return or exchange are charged to the customer.
You can return or exchange one or more products within 14 days from the date you received the package. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with an identification tag and seal. Prepare the properly sealed package before collection.
Within 48 hours of receiving the package we will refund at no additional cost.
